The only thing you’ll need is a web browser to access DCIX; we take care of the rest. In close cooperation with you, we identify areas to improve and develop new business opportunities. After a preliminary study and analysis phase, we implement DCIX and a range of functions and support for monitoring, analysis, integration and control of the supply chain. Once operations are up and running, an administration phase starts, in which our Governance Services concept helps tweak processes in order to continuously improve and streamline your supply chain. Governance Services includes Information Quality Management, joint event management using DCIX visibility, and information and access to new functions. |
